Write a composition in about 'Physical Exercise'.

                                     'PHYSICAL EXERCISE' or,
       ' NECESSITY OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE'





Introduction : Physical exercise implies the development of the appendages of our body as indicated by rules. None can enjoy good health without physical exercise. It keeps good health and promote strength. It also keeps one free from diseases.

Kinds of physical exercise : There are many kinds of physical exercises like walking, swimming, running etc. Various types of games, for example, football, cricket, hockey, badminton and so on are good forms of healthy exercises. All types of activity are not similarly reasonable to all. A kinds of games are quite good for the young. Then again, strolling is useful for all ages individuals.

Rules of physical exercise : Morning and evening are the best time of taking physical exercise. We should take practice in the outside. We ought not take practice in void stomach or prompt in the wake of taking feast.

Essential of physical exercise : Physical exercise is exceptionally important to us. Because the mind and the body are interrelated. It improves our wellbeing and makes a man solid and dynamic. There is a proverbs," A sound psyche lies in a sound body.'' If the body is unsound, the brain must be unsound. A sound body depends on well circulated by dint of exercise. It keeps a man free from diseases. Physical exercise is most important for the students. They do hard mental work. So they need sound body and sound mind which depend on regular exercise, soon lose their health. They don't discover intrigue and joy throughout everyday life.


Bad effect of over-exercise : We must remember that excess of anything is bad. Thus over exercise is very injurious to health. It tells upon our health. It weakens our body and mind. It does more harm then good. So, all should abide  by the laws of physical exercise carefully.

Conclusion : Health is wealth. It is the root of all happiness. Physical exercise enables us to achieve this wealth. So we should take physical exercise regularly.
